Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral arrangements are made to order and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at almafloralhouse@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the flowers and packaging so we can review your request.
After reviewing your claim, ALMA Floral House may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Flower Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. If, while following the flower care instructions provided with your order, your fresh flowers do not remain in good condition for at least three (3) days, including the day of delivery or pickup, please contact us within 24 hours after the issue becomes apparent.
Please email almafloralhouse@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the flowers.
After reviewing your claim, ALMA Floral House may, at its sole discretion, replace the floral arrangement with the same or a similar product. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
- Custom and personalized orders
- Same-day delivery orders
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date for a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may not be eligible for a refund because flowers and materials are purchased and prepared specifically for each order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
