Shipping policy

Flower Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe location at the delivery address unless otherwise requested. If a safe location is not available, we will contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an incorrect address is provided or if redelivery is required.

Currently, we offer local delivery throughout our service area in South Florida.
