Welcome to ALMA Floral House LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh flowers. Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, size, and quality of the arrangement.

Product photos are for reference only. Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, shape, and appearance may occur.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be processed, products are unavailable, or incorrect information has been provided.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.

Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund because flowers are purchased and prepared specifically for each order.

6. Returns and Freshness Guarantee

Fresh flowers are perishable and generally cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at almafloralhouse@gmail.com.

If, while following the flower care instructions provided with your order, your flowers do not remain in good condition for at least three (3) days, including the day of delivery or pickup, please contact us with your order number and photos.

After reviewing your request, ALMA Floral House may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, designs, text, and other content on this website are the property of ALMA Floral House LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ALMA Floral House LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by weather, traffic, carrier delays, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
